Nativity Service at St Peter's Church

Nativity Service at St Peter’s Church in North Tawton on Christmas Eve.

All age nativity service starts at 4:00 p.m. outside the church and then proceeds into the church partway through. Wrap up warm!

Any children who want to take part, please arrive at 3:40 p.m. to get dressed up. The play, as always, is narrated, with each group being directed by one of the team – so no lines to learn.

What is a nativity service?

Nativity service is a straightforward service of worship for the Christmas Season. It can provide the opportunity for people to hear and see the Christmas Bible account of the birth of Jesus proclaimed in a format without the elaborate production that Christmas plays and musicals entail.
