Archaeology, medieval living history, exhibitions and displays of old technology
A day of old technology and archaeology at Pattiland Farm, Broadwoodkelly, with plenty to see and do.
Displays include; tractors, vehicles, tools, machines, spinning, miniatures in steam, vintage televisions, domestic appliances, medieval living history, Devon Dowsers, straw rope making, art gallery and Exeter Morris Dancers.
ACE Archaeology Club will be continuing their work at Moistown, the site of a medieval house (more recently a farm), come and see what they have discovered this year. Also there will be an exhibition of ACE’s Archaeology and Bracken Project.

Admission: £2.00 per person or £5.00 per car (whichever is cheapest)
Please note: No dogs (except assistance dogs). Access is over rough ground and is not suitable for the very physically disabled.
Location: Pattiland Farm, Broadwoodkelly, Winkleigh, Devon EX19 8ED
Directions from Winkleigh: Take the A3124 south out of Winkleigh towards North Tawton, continue for about 1.5 miles to Shoresgate Cross, turn right towards Broadwoodkelly. After 0.25 miles turn left to Pattiland Farm.
Directions from South and North Tawton: Take the A3124 north at Culm Cross towards Winkleigh, after about 2 miles turn left at Shoresgate Cross, towards Broadwoodkelly. After 0.25 miles turn left to Pattiland Farm.
