This latest bulletin update provides full details of NHS England survey launch to inform long-term GP services contract for North Tawton area.

NHS England survey for North Tawton, Sampford Courtenay, Bondleigh, Honeychurch, and surrounding area, runs from 1 June to 30 June 2015.

NHS England is beginning to consider the potential shape of GP services for the longer term.

This is a good opportunity to look anew at what is need locally and to consider the best way of meeting those needs.

Hence, this survey is a positive starting point to find out more about key issues, such as:

How people in and around North Tawton use GP services at the moment.

What people may require in the future.

Surgery opening hours.

Travel arrangements.

Accessibility.

The aim is to develop a service specification by early August, so expressions of interest can be sought.
