Chagford Art Group
The annual exhibition of art staged in the Jubilee Hall, Chagford, by members of the Chagford Art Group, is to take place from Tuesday 6th August until Saturday 10 August 2013 and will be open daily from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
An extensive variety of work will exhibited this year including; Devon Landscapes, Moorland Moods, Flowers, Animals, Aircraft, Seascapes, Still Life, and Naive Fantasy worlds in paintings that catch the eye and excite the imagination.
Many art group members will be present during the exhibition to greet visitors and discuss the activities of the group which meets every Thursday throughout most of the year. An occasional visit to the art group by a professional artist encourages the sharing of interests, as do the occasional outdoor painting excursions.
