The North Tawton Branch of the Royal British Legion, believed to be the oldest branch in Devon, will celebrate its 90th year on Saturday 25 February 2012.

North Tawton Remembrance Sunday Parade and Memorial Service 2011Sunday 13th November at 10.30am in The Square, North Tawton. The Remembrance Parade, led with standards, by the various organisations, including the young people’s organisations, will proceed from The Square at 10.35am – followed by the remembrance day memorial service in St Peter’s Church, led by the Revd Nick Weldon and the Revd Philip Wagstaff. The commemoration concludes with the laying of wreaths in the cemetery.
